Should I drop??

I did my undergrad about 7 years ago and had a horrible GPA 2.5ish. Have been retaking/ taking pre reqs for pa school have gotten all a's and one b in a&p2 which was not a retake. Now taking chem 2 over the summer currently have a b and not sure if I can bring it up to an a. I got a c in it last time I took it. Should I drop an retake it? Or do you think a b will be sufficient.

I wouldn't drop with a B. I say plug on and do your best. If you fall to a C, you might consider dropping - this would be a withdraw passing.
