Should I retake Organic 1, as I earned a C in lecture and a B in Lab, or move on to Organic 2?

I'm having a similar issue but I guess not really similar at all lol... I'm a recent graduate with a 3.2 GPA but I got a C- in inorganic chemistry II and organic chemistry II. I honestly don't know if it is even worth applying. I worked my butt off all through college and I still didn't get the grades I needed. I don't know where to go from here and it would be really awesome if someone could comfort me and tell me that it's okay but I'd would rather someone be honest if that's not the case.
