Is online A&P Acceptable?

I am currently earning a health science degree at a university that is more known for it's online degree programs (mine is) but also has brick and mortar locations. My academic advisor said that the anatomy and physiology courses offered on-site were for nursing students, so I reluctantly took A&P I &II and the labs online. I feel like I learned a ton of information and a lot more details in my online class than I would've gained from the classroom anyways. I did really well in both terms also. She said that it won't show on my transcript that I took them online and I hope she is right because I feel like I might be told I have to re-take them in person. All of my biology or chemistry pre-reqs have been and are going to be taken in a physical classroom. Has anyone had any experience with this or know of any schools who are okay with the online anatomy and physiology courses?
