GRE vs. MCAT

Is it possible to have a PA application assessed based on MCAT scores in place of GRE scores?

Usually not. There are one or two schools that ask for MCAT scores OR GRE scores, and maybe one or two that ask for MCAT scores specifically. but the rest will require GRE scores.
