PA Research Paper Interview

Post by MoeRa17 » Wed Mar 02, 2016 12:53 am

Hello everyone and sorry in advance for the long read. I'm doing a research paper on the career path to becoming a PA, the lifestyle of a PA, and the career in general. The paper has to include an an interview of at least ten questions with a professional of your choice. Before you answer the following questions: state your first name, number of years as a PA, and state.

1. Why didn't you choose to become a doctor?
2. How would you describe your workload and difficulty in college? What school(s) did you attend?
3. Do you get personal satisfaction from your job? How so?
4. Do you have enough time for leisure, your family, and yourself?
5. Has your job changed significantly since you started working? If so, how?
6. Was finding a job hard after school? Do you have any advice for aspiring students either in high school or undergrads?
7. What is your specialty and describe the pace of your workday? Are you satisfied with your working conditions/schedule?
8. What things didn't your education teach you that you needed to learn/know?(Can be specific or general)
9. How and when did you decide you wanted to come a PA? Did you expect to end up where you are now?
10. If you had the chance to start over, would you choose this career again? Why or why not?
Optional: Are you comfortably able to maintain your desired standard of living in your household? Do you/did you struggle?

I'd love to hear several responses and feel free to respond however you want. Thanks in advance.
