When entering your experiences and it asks the status of the experience: Part- time, Full-time, Per Diem, or Temporary. How do you decide which to put? For example some of my volunteer experiences, I chose per diem because it was when I could.
Other options such as shadowing or research, what would you suggest to put?
Also, are bullets appropriate to explain the duties since there are limited characters?
