OLD Heath Care Experience on CASPA?

I am switching careers (from teaching to PA, hopefully) and am wondering how to document health care experience that I have from 10+ years ago. The problem is that I am not sure about the exact number of hours worked. I could 'swag' it but I am worried about having to verify my old hours with schools. Does anyone have any experience with documenting old health care experience hours?

Give your best, honest estimate of the time you spent. They rarely *audit* this stuff, but if the number you claim doesn't seem reasonable it could hurt you.
