Filling out patient care experience on caspa

When filling out CASPA in the patient section, it asks for duties for each experience. Are we supposed to just list out experiences or is it more like an essay where we can talk about what we gained from it? Anyone have an example of theirs?

I think they want us to just write our tasks, being very specific as to our duties. I am slightly confused, too. I am pretty sure we shouldn't get subjective (like what we "got out" of it).
